“Events Held for Encouraging and Entertaining Korean Workers”

A sumo competition and flag-taking championship were held to encourage and entertain Korean workers. The events were planned by the Ainoura Police Station and co-hosted by the Patriotic Federation of Industries and the Japan-Korea Harmonization Association. During November 28 and 29, the Japan-Korea Harmonization Association organized recreational events for encouraging Korean workers employed in various mines throughout the district. Movies were shown and magic shows and acrobatics were performed by itinerant troupes in programs aimed at promoting education and training through arts and performances.

Events Held for Encouraging and Entertaining Korean Workers

 

The Ainoura Police Department is working at various coalmines throughout its jurisdiction to support government and private sector cooperation in actively encouraging “industrial warriors” to achieve the goals of the campaign to increase coal production. For this purpose, the Ainoura Police Department is planning various events to be held in mid-November that will be jointly hosted by the district’s chapters of the Patriotic Federation of Industries and Japan-Korea Harmonization Association to encourage and entertain “industrial warriors.” Events will include sumo competition and a flag-taking championship. Additionally, the Japan-Korea Harmonization Association has organized itinerant troupes that will encourage and entertain Korean workers at various mines during November 28 and 29. Movies will be shown and magic shows and acrobatics will be performed with an aim to promote education and training through arts and performances.
